Join the Birch Run Rotary Club and Grand Marshall Lew Dodak as we come together to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States.

Community turnout was exceptional in support of the 10th Annual Run for the Roses Kentucky Derby Fundraiser Party at The Bus Stop Paddock & Grille in Birch Run on Saturday, May 2, 2026. A portion of this year's proceeds will support the purchase of safety equipment for the Birch Run Township Fire Department and the Taymouth Township Fire Department, and the provision of healing and wellness services offered by the ConnEQtions Equine Therapy Program.

Congratulations to the Run for the Roses Derby winner, Janet Schultz who entered Mr. Chippy in honor of her late husband, Louie Schultz, a beloved member of Birch Run Rotary.

In true Kentucky Derby tradition, the hats were colorful, fun, and filled the room with a record breaking number of entries for the Ladies Hat Contest.

The Rotary Club of Birch Run thanks everyone, near and far, who participated and showed their support.
